Shipping & Returns
Extra-Parts.com does not have a minimum order requirement. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). We do not use any other carriers. FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes. Shipments to PO boxes must be via USPS. We recommend insurance for your packages. USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail are NOT insured. Extra-Parts.com is not liable for orders damaged or lost during transit. We attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but backlogs may result in delays up to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday except for Holidays.
All returns must be authorized. Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping is at customer expense. All returns must be identified with the RMA number on the outside of the package. Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days if it is in NEW condition. Used merchandise may not be returned for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
